This 4th floor penthouse is exactly as described. Emerald Isle was immaculate, beautifully furnished and decorated, quiet, and convenient. No check-in, just right to the unit.  It was a breeze. The view of the lake from the balcony is outstanding.  We were just around the corner from Sea World where we enjoyed 2 full days of fun. 7 adults had plenty of room to spread out in this condo. The large, inviting common areas enabled us to enjoy the company of one another. The 3 bedrooms were luxurious. The 7th member of our group slept on what looked like a new sofa sleeper in the den. Cooking was a pleasure in the well-appointed kitchen. The owner, Lee Stone, provided excellent customer service, promptly answering any questions we had before our arrival. The Vista Cay complex itself appears to be well managed and maintained. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a lovely, comfortable place to stay while in the Orlando area. You won’t be disappointed!
