We have stayed at the Vista Cay complex three times now and your unit was by far the nicest. It was the most elegantly furnished, it was very clean, lots of towels and everything you need in a kitchen — lots of cutlery, glasses, etc. and loved the view and closeness of the pool and clubhouse!

We felt so secure especially after the phone call from you regarding the door lock — knowing that someone was monitoring the unit. Also the prompt response we got when we had a problem with the cable box; especially when it was a Saturday evening! It is very important when you are on vacation to know that if there are any problems someone is there immediately to help.
